Peer support sessions are confidential, affordable, and require no ongoing commitment—but they are not therapy. Think of me as a supportive friend and guide: I’m here to listen, share information, and help you explore whatever’s on your mind. You set the agenda—ask questions, talk through your experiences, or simply connect. If I don’t have an answer right away, I’ll research and follow up with useful resources.
Once you book a session (link coming soon), you’ll complete a brief intake form. Don’t worry if you’re unsure what to discuss—we’ll start with a quick introduction, then move into whatever feels most pressing for you. You decide the frequency of our meetings; there are no formal treatment plans, just flexible support when you need it. After each session, I’ll send along any tools, readings, or referrals we talked about.
This space is judgment‑free: I honor your experiences and expect mutual respect.
Please reach out only during scheduled times. If you’d like more time, we can book another session.
Our conversations are collaborative, not clinical. I’m here to listen, brainstorm, and educate—not to “fix” you.
Feel free to ask anything. I’ll share insights, personal anecdotes, and curated resources as we go.
If something doesn’t feel right, let me know and we’ll adjust course.
You know your life best—if my suggestions don’t resonate, we’ll find alternatives together.
When discussing others, please share names, relationship roles, and pronouns so I can refer to them respectfully.
After our call, I welcome your feedback on how I can improve your experience.
